Dental School Patient Administration System

Tender description

The University’s new Dental School is aiming to open by September 2023. To support the operation of the Dental School, it will require a Patient Administration System that will house all patient information, records including treatment plans, facilitate the management of appointments, student clinics and patient treatment as well as supporting effective transfer of patients between the New Dental School and other healthcare providers (e.g. Bristol Dental Hospital / UHBristol NHS Trust, other NHS trusts and organizations and private dental / healthcare providers). Following an Open competition, the University has awarded a contract for this service. Lot 1: The University’s new Dental School is aiming to open by September 2023. To support the operation of the Dental School, it will require a Patient Administration System that will house all patient information, records including treatment plans, facilitate the management of appointments, student clinics and patient treatment as well as supporting effective transfer of patients between the New Dental School and other healthcare providers (e.g. Bristol Dental Hospital / UHBristol NHS Trust, other NHS trusts and organizations and private dental / healthcare providers). The contract has been awarded for an initial term of 4 years with 2 further option years.
