A Four Year, Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Exhibition Stands, Display Stands and related Equipment and Services to TUS.

Tender description

This framework agreement relates to the provision of exhibition stands, display stands, pop-up stands, display frames, flags and bunting. The framework agreement also involves the provision, installation, removal and storage of exhibition stands at various events throughout the year including the Higher Options event held annually in Dublin. TUS will purchase the exhibition stands and exhibition collateral however the successful tenderer will be required to store this equipment for TUS. The contract may also involve exhibition set-up at events on various TUS campuses including the provision of extensive indoor and outdoor signage on campus and in the perimeter areas of the campus to assist in directing traffic and pedestrians to particular buildings being used as part of the event. The contract also covers unforeseen requirements related to the scope of the framework and ad-hoc requirements for the provision of exhibition and display stands and related equipment and services that may arise from time to time.
