Tender description

The contract is expected to commence at the start of March 2022 to end May 2022 working equivalent of 3 days per week to (1) develop an options analysis and appraisal with clear recommendations for the Authority for its future HQ and associated accommodation requirements and (2) to produce clear strategic outline business cases and implementation documents for the next phase of work on key sustainable transport and decarbonisation projects.
