Tender description

The Network held a public competition and established a single-party framework for the provision of training services to the Network under each of the following lots: • Lot 1 - Injection Moulding and related programmes • Lot 2 - Extrusion and related programmes • Lot 3 - Materials Selection and related programmes • Lot 4 - Process Improvements and related programmes • Lot 5 - Electrical and related programmes • Lot 6 - Hydraulics/Pneumatics and related programmes • Lot 7 - Programmable Logic Controllers and related programmes • Lot 8 - Metrology and related programmes • Lot 9 - Regulatory Management/Validation and related programmes • Lot 10 - Design and related programmes Lot 1: Injection Moulding and related programmes The programmes that may be sought under this Lot include but are not limited to: • Injection Moulding (modules one to four) • Hot Runner Technology • Cavity Pressure Monitoring • Processing and Testing Lot 2: Extrusion and related programmes The programmes that may be sought under this Lot include but are not limited to: • Extrusion Machine Setting • Extrusion Process Optimisation Lot 3: Materials Selection and related programmes The programmes that may be sought under this Lot include but are not limited to: • Plastic Material Selection • Medical Polymers and Processing Technology Lot 4: Process Improvements and related programmes The programmes that may be sought under this Lot include but are not limited to: • Six Sigma Yellowbelt • Six Sigma Greenbelt • Design of Experiments • Process Analysis and Control • Introduction to Lean • Lean Manufacturing Tools - 5S/6S, SMED, VSM, TPM, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE • Statistical Tools for Root Cause Analysis • Toyota A3 Problem Solving Methodology Lot 5: Electrical and related programmes The programmes that may be sought under this Lot include but are not limited to electrical maintenance.
