Tender description
The Contract is for the delivery of accredited blended First Aid training to Shetland Islands Council employees. This will be a combined course which includes Emergency and Paediatric First Aid. The procurement is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (“the Regulations”) and the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The procedure being followed is an Open Procedure.
