Skills Development Scotland has a requirement to procure access to a broad range of online learning provision that will supply individuals with access to learning content that enables individuals to develop new skills to help support the transition into new job opportunities. This provision would complement and integrate with SDS existing services to provide an enhanced offer that supports individuals return to work or reskill. SDS are looking to purchase access to/instances of learning to provide to the public from a pre-built (off the shelf) online learning platform We would expect this offer to be available and beneficial to all individuals regardless of their previous occupation or education level.
