Life Sciences Hub Wales seeks to procure a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enable and support the achievement of its current and future strategic aims and operational requirements.The intention is to procure and implement a fit-for-purpose CRM that is able to facilitate the current types and level of processing whilst providing demonstrable efficiency, immediate added-value and future benefit via additional features, functionality and capabilities.The sourcing and implementation of a fit-for-purpose CRM is considered advantageous for Life Sciences Hub Wales to enable the availability of functionality and enhancements sought by internal users, whilst also streamlining processes and improving internal collaboration, communication, usability, and efficiency.Life Sciences Hub Wales requires that its CRM system if procured, is a scalable solution that meets the organisations current requirements but that is also able to develop to suit future requirements determined by organisational growth, changing business needs and emerging innovation.Further details with regards to the requirement are provided in the Invitation to Tender document.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=117849.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
