Tender description
Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract with a Provider to deliver a six-week programme of training and support to independent businesses in the borough, focusing on building resilience, adapting to a ‘clicks and mortar’ business model, and maintaining solid customer relationships. The Council is receiving funding for this work from the Welcome Back Fund, a grant from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government is the managing authority for the European Regional Development Fund.
