Tender description
SETU is now seeking the assistance of experienced consultants to provide support and advisory services in relation to the development of the first Strategic Plan for the University. This will include support in relation to the development of: 1. the structures and consultation mechanisms required for the plan; 2. associated operational and financial plans; 3. subsequent reporting and monitoring mechanisms to ensure effective delivery of the plan. Additionally, advisory services are required in relation to the design of the most optimal organisational structure appropriate for the delivery of the strategy plan. The contract will be awarded in two lots namely: 1. Development of the Strategic Plan 2. Organisational Design It is anticipated that both lots will be awarded to one supplier and while it is anticipated there will be some overlap in terms of the delivery of the lots, Lot 2 will only be initiated if the university is satisfied with the progress and quality of delivery in relation to Lot 1.
