<p>The study should overall audit the regions current skill provision in the retrofit and heat pump market to quantify, describe and map to ascertain the markets’ ability to deliver what is currently planned and to substantiate what will be required to either fill gaps in the current market, and also to deliver at a higher rate over the time periods of 2, 5 and 10 years.
