Staff Engagement Survey

Tender description

The requirement is for the provision of a Staff Engagement Survey services via a Framework.The Senedd and Scottish Parliament have previously partnered with an external provider to undertake staff engagement surveys in 2020 and 2021 and wish to continue with this approach for the next two to three years under a framework agreement. The Northern Ireland Assembly undertakes a staff survey every two years.The Northern Ireland Assembly does not plan to take part in the survey this year but wishes to participate in the joint framework to enable future participation.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Once registered:-- Click the 'Open Access PQQs' link- Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content (pqq_33327 - Staff Engagement Survey )- Click the 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the PQQ into your 'My PQQs' page- Click on the PQQ code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the 'Settings and Buyer Attachments' in the 'Actions' box- You can now choose to 'Reply' to the PQQ and submit your responsePlease note that the Procurement documents will be uploaded into the 'Supplier Attachments' area under 'Settings' for all suppliers to view.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
