Tender description

Contractors are invited to submit bids for inclusion within a demolition services Framework Agreement between themselves and Derbyshire County Council, who's property stock consists of low and medium rise buildings. The Authority is looking to appoint up to 6 partnered contractors to the framework with mini competitions being held for each project procured using the framework agreement. Contractors will be expected to carry out the following duties under the framework: - Pre demolition, construction activity to include site preparation - Site surveys and site waste management plan - Demolish building(s) down to ground level or as per project specific requirements - Site clearance post Demolition (to include contaminated materials) - Asbestos Removal Services.
