Tender description
The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the provision of Ongoing Customer Service Support and Advice for a one (1) year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of twelve (12) months with no more than two (2) such extensions. Total length of contract no greater than three (3) years.
