The Dick Hearns centre is under construction adjacent to the Sports Complex Centre Ballina. The superstructure is erected and the walls are built. The structural ground floor is installed. In summary, the Goods and Services are divided into 8 lots: Lot 1 Install Floor Screeds. Hire of Concrete Pump Lot 2 Supply, Deliver and Install a Machine Room-less (MRL) Elevator Lot 3 Supply and Install Flooring Lot 4 Supply and Install an Air to Water Heating System and Installation of Underfloor Heating at Ground and First Floor Level Lot 5 Insulation of the Floors and Walls Lot 6 Wire the Building Lot 7 Fit an Addressable Fire Alarm System, a CCTV System and Emergency Lighting Lot 8 Supply and Fit a Suspended Ceiling Lot 249992: 1 Install Radon Barrier. Install Floor Screeds. Hire of Concrete Pump Install Radon Barrier. Install Floor Screeds. Hire of Concrete Pump Lot 249995: 3 Flooring Supply and Install Poly Flooring to Ground and First Floor Level and Floor Finishes to Toilet and Shower Area Lot 250007: 11 Plumbing Plumb the building. Fit out the changing rooms and toilets. Fit a disabled friendly toilet.
