Key Account Management Framework Services

Tender description

Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for the development of a Key Account Management Framework to include the following services: The development and delivery of: • A clear strategic approach to Key Account Management; • An operational framework aligned with our CRM system; • A definition of an appropriate training programme, including all materials; • Implementation of the training programme. Together the above elements should facilitate an effective and consistent approach to how Tourism Ireland develops and manages its trade sales facilitation and relationships. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in June 2022.
