Derbyshire County Council is inviting bids for a training provider to deliver a combination of online and face to face Mental Health for Managers (Lot 1) and Menopause (Lot 2) in the Workplace workshops as part of the Healthy Workplaces Derbyshire programme. Healthy Workplaces Derbyshire (HWD) is part of Derbyshire County Council's Public Health department, providing support to workplaces in Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) to improve the health and wellbeing of employees. Tenderers can bid for one or both Lots. The Contract Term for each contract is: Lot 1 Mental Health for Managers Workshops - 02/01/2023 to 01/01/2024 with the option to extend for two further 12-month periods subject to performance review. Lot 2 Menopause Workshops - 02/01/2023 to 01/01/2024 with the option to extend for two further 12-month periods subject to performance review.
