<p>The app will be a tool aid and empower users in understanding and navigating the educational journey of the children they support, including the access of services provided by education to overcome barriers The mobile app will hold information to empower Cambridgeshire social workers (and other professionals) to feel confident in doing their jobs out and about on the go when faced with educational barriers. Social workers are expected to be experts relating to the young people they support; the app will be a place to hold all the information they need in an accessible and user-friendly tool. The platform will be content driven to hold a variety of direct information, videos/podcasts, PDF attachments to access, as well as the ability to signpost to other websites as appropriate.
