In turn supporting long-term growth aspirations and guiding investment opportunities in key sectors linked to the city region Local Industrial Strategy. Therefore, resilience during challenging periods is required to support the Building Control Team. We are seeking additional resilience and resources in the following aspects of our workload: Undertaking site inspections Providing Pre-application advice Providing Plan checking service Dealing with dangerous structures Dealing with Reversion applications Dealing with Demolition applications Dealing with Regularisation applications Provide structural engineering consultancy service Provide Fire Engineering analysis The above services to be carried out by professionally qualified and experienced personnel: e.g. Chartered Building Engineers, Building Control Engineers/ Building Control Surveyors ranging from Qualification Level 4 to Level 6, Qualified members of The Institution of Fire Engineers. Qualified members of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
