Architectural Services for developing Apprenticeship Accommodation

Tender description

Please find attached tender documents for engagement of Architectural services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) required for developing teaching accommodation within an existing industrial unit. The ground floor is to be partitioned into 3 classrooms (OEM, Woodwork and Electrical Apprenticeship), toilets and circulation space subject to regulations with the appropriate Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure. Works may also be required on a portion of the first floor (circa 150m2) albeit it is in good condition. Service Required: CMETB will require: Architect Service (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) at Unit 2, Milltown Business Park, Monaghan.
