The upgrade of the Building Management System for the RHA

The BMS Control system for the RHA gallery and studios requires upgrades to allow access and control to our heating and air handling system in the gallery Scope of Works: To Upgrade the current TAC BMS to a Native BacNet Building Management System with a suitable alternative across 1No. Motor Control Centre panel at the Royal Hiberian Academy Gallery. The current TAC BMS is now obsolete and no longer supported by the manufacturer. Scope of works include: To replace all controllers with Native BACnet Tridium Jace and iSMA IO modules. Current MCC panel to be reused c/w BMS hardware change Supply and install 1 No. Front End PC C/W 19" TPT Monitor c/w Keyboard & Mouse MCC1 controls Radiator Replacement Pump sets 1A & 1B, AHU Pump sets 2A & 2B, Calorifier Pump sets 3A & 3B, AHU Gallery 1,2 &3, Tony Ryan Gallery, Boilers 1‐5, HWS Pump, LP & HP alarms, Underfloor Heating, Gas Detection, Immersion Frost & Outdoor Frost. Carry out ‐ Panel Modifications New Software & Graphics Commissioning Provide the following: Point allocation Schedule Product Data Sheets Completed sign off sheet Handover completion cert. A CAT5 cable network will need to be installed ‐ the cable runs can be agreed with an onsite pre works survey. The possible replacement of some field devices that may be not working on site. Price to include all work to be carried out during normal working hours.
