Derry City and Strabane District Council seeks to appoint a Contractor for the Refurbishment of the City Baths at William Street, Derry/ Londonderry. The works will consist of: •Mechanical services comprising the upgrade and replacement of existing pool filtration plant, LTHW pipework, DHW pipework and soils and wastes. •Electrical services comprising the upgrade and replacement of existing fire alarm, lighting and emergency lighting, controls systems and pool equipment including electrical services in connection with mechanical installations. •Building works comprising internal wall and ceiling repairs together with re-decoration, external wall repairs and re-decoration, floor finish repairs and replacement, rainwater goods repairs and replacement, asbestos removals, provision of new escape stair to rear of the building, minor fabric repairs and builders work in connection with Mechanical and Electrical Services. •The programme for completion of works is 20 weeks from the date of commencement stated in the letter of award.
