<p>This process is a Re-Tender of an opportunity first published earlier in 2022 which did not result in a successful outcome. Torbay Council working with the English Riviera Business Improvement District (ERBID) Company would like to stage a high quality food festival leading to exemplify the wealth of quality food and beverage available in the locality. It is anticipated the event will take place over a weekend in Spring 2023 at Torre Abbey or Torre Abbey Meadows in Torquay. The exact date and location of the festival for each year will be agreed with the authority.
