Non-emergency patients transport, HDU and shuttle bus services

Tender description

The provision of Non-Emergency Patients Transport and Shuttle Buses for Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and associated sites, The Royal Marsden Hospital and associated sites and Hillingdon Hospital and associated sites. There is a possibility that the service will be extended to other Trusts in North West London through the contract period. The process will be run as a Competition with Negotiation where the Trust has the option to negotiate defined elements of the first stage submission. As part of this prior information notice potential applicants are to complete an initial scoping survey on the Survey Monkey platform by 17:00 on 29th July 2022. Lot 1: Non-emergency Patients Transport services and HDU provision The provision of non-emergency Patient Transport & HDU services for the hospital and community units. The contract will be for 5 years extendable by two annual renewals up to 7 years. The procurement will be undertaken under the Competition with Negotiation procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, reg 26(4). The entire process will be carried out using an e-procurement portal. Additional information: Estimated annual values shown in II.2.6 Lot 2: Shuttle Bus services The provision of Shuttle Bus services for the hospital and community units. The contract will be for 5 years extendable by two annual renewals up to 7 years. The procurement will be undertaken under the Competition with Negotiation procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, reg 26(4).
