My MCA - Online, Role Based Access, Customer Portal (Discovery and Alpha)

My MCA is a digital portal that will utilise role-based access that will enable UK Maritime Services (UKMS) customers to access information relevant to them and access online services through a single point of entry. UKMS is procuring the services of a third-party supplier to carry out expert led Discovery work, to provide MCA with extensive user research (Internal and external) as well as providing expert technical advice which will inform MCA on how to approach the introduction of My MCA. A critical component of My MCA is 'role based access' and because of it's link with several internal systems, and the complexity of introducing such technology, a concept 'alpha' is also in scope to demonstrate user journeys and various technical solutions. This procurement was under the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 framework.
