Tender description
Staffordshire County Council is procuring a framework agreement to deliver a variety of tools and solutions which will include the provision of workplace mediation to all colleagues across the organisation, to include the supply of Facilitated Conversations and mediation support for employees. The purpose of this framework agreement is to make arrangements for the provision of flexible short term, early intervention support for employees when a disagreement occurs in the workplace.
