ENQ766 For the Provision of Event Traffic Management

Tender description

Quotations are invited for the provision of event traffic management Services for events across the city, where a car park needs to be operated in respect of the management of vehicles on site and processing of payment as efficiently as possible while managing the local roads to the car park. The Services will predominately be required for indoor events hosted by Derby Arena and a schedule of outdoor events requiring traffic management for road closures. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 1 August 2022. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 16:00 on 2 August 2022.
