Landmarc are seeking Expression of Interest from Consultants who can provide Electrical Infrastructure Feasibility and Design Works within a variety of site or camp settings that are based in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Whilst preferable that coverage can be provided on a nationwide basis; bidders are not precluded from submitting a tender within their usual operating areas. Landmarc therefore reserves the right to appoint more than one contractor and no Consultant should have the expectation that they will be awarded all or indeed any of the works Historically training areas and their associated camps have a variety of buildings or assets that have differing power requirements often attributable to a bygone era where alternative utility supplies were more abundant and where the requirement for sustainability and power generation were simply not commercially viable. The aim of the tender that will follow this EOI is essentially to appoint the three lowest bidders on a call off basis. The lowest scoring bidder will always be the first port of call but if the work cannot be delivered in a 28-day period the second placed bidder will then be approached and so on. Landmarc reserves the right to run mini competitions between the three lowest scored bidders where work cannot be suitably defined in advance.
