The Service is commissioned by NHS North West London to monitor the provision of Continuing Healthcare Services at home. Lot 1: To ensure continuity of the service, a short-term contract (12 months) has been awarded to Belmont Health Centre whilst considering procurement options. Market Engagement has been undertaken in advance.<br/><br/>The aim of this service(s) is to provide a phlebotomy service for adults (16+) and children (2 to 15 years) for patients registered with a Harrow GP. The service will be a timely and safe phlebotomy service that supports the CCG’s strategic commissioning intentions to ensure that high-quality care is delivered as close to the patient's home as is appropriate.<br/><br/>The objectives of the service are:<br/><br/>- Improve access to health services in the community<br/>- To provide timely service to patients registered with a GP within Harrow<br/>- To provide a service at an appropriate time, location and environment<br/>- Provide services in line with the Care Quality Commission standards
