Name and address of the contractor/concessionaire John Gibbons 192 Whitecliff, Rathfarnham , Dublin 16 , Dublin 16 Scope of Services required by St James’s Hospital St James Hospital is s requesting prospective economic operators to identify if they have the capability to provide Consultancy in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services to the Hospital. These services may be required on an Ad Hoc basis if and when required. The estimated total value of the services required is in the region of €25000 over a non-specified period of time however the Contracting Authority does not commit to any minimum value of services during the term . Part B Mandatory Requirements It should be noted the purpose of this communication is to test the market and identify providers of the consultancy services. It is imperative that ONLY suppliers that can meet ALL the criteria set outin the attached document under mandatory requirements should submit an expression of interest in a future tender. The mandatory requirements are absolute and cannot be amended under any circumstances
