CLEANING AND REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF KITCHEN EXTRACTOR FANS & ASSOCIATED CANOPIES, FILTERS & DUCTWORK

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a single or multiple contractors to carry out cleaning of kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork and repairs and maintenance work for kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork in Nottingham Schools throughout Nottinghamshire County and within other Council owned buildings. The contract is split into 4 Lots and contractors can bid for a singular Lot or multiple Lots. Contractors must be able to provide the service to all locations listed within the lots they intend to bid for. The Lots are split as follows: Lot 1 - Cleaning of kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork in South Nottinghamshire locations. Lot 2 - Cleaning of kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork in North Nottinghamshire locations. Lot 3 – Repairs and Maintenance of kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork in South Nottinghamshire locations. Lot 4 - Repairs and Maintenance of kitchen extractor fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork in North Nottinghamshire locations.
