Award of Hydrogen Regulatory Mapping

Tender description

The Scottish Government’s Directorate for Energy & Climate Change wishes to undertake a review of the existing regulatory framework for hydrogen production projects in Scotland to assess how this supports the development of the sector and to identify any gaps or impediments that may require further action to address. In addition, relevant international regulations should be reviewed to assess where international regulatory cooperation or EU alignment supports Scotland’s export aspirations for hydrogen.
