Tender description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is Monday, 1st August 2022 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement The aims of this study are to assess to what extent the most recent increases in the National Living Wage (NLW) have affected wages, employment and hours. The focus will be the most recent uprating in 2022 but should also cover the uprating's in 2020 and 2021. We are primarily interested in quantitative answers to these questions, but would also consider evidence gathered from qualitative research and interviews. Researchers should seek to take advantage of new and/or innovative methods and data sources that, as far as possible, separate out the effects of changes to minimum wages from those of the pandemic and of the UK leaving the EU. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
