Tender description

The London Borough of Hounslow currently has a PFI contract in place for the maintenance of highways assets and it is through this contract that civil infrastructure works services are procured and delivered. This includes a variety of works of different scales including public realm schemes, cycle route infrastructure and controlled parking zones. To ensure value for money the council wishes to develop a framework of suppliers for civil infrastructure works as an alternative to the for the services currently procured through its PFI contract. The council is seeking of qualified and competent consultant to lead on preparation of a suite of documents (templates) for use with the NEC4 suite of contracts to facilitate the procurement of civil infrastructure works. The potential value of this works is circa £4.6m in 2023-24 and £4.3m in 2024-25. Keywords: NEC Contracts, Consultancy
