Tender description
<p>The London Borough of Hounslow currently has a PFI contract in place for the maintenance of highways assets and it is through this contract that civil infrastructure works services are procured and delivered. This includes a variety of works of different scales including public realm schemes, cycle route infrastructure and controlled parking zones.</p> <p>To ensure value for money the council wishes to develop a framework of suppliers for civil infrastructure works as an alternative to the for the services currently procured through its PFI contract.</p> <p>The council is seeking of qualified and competent consultant to lead on preparation of a suite of documents (templates) for use with the NEC4 suite of contracts to facilitate the procurement of civil infrastructure works. The potential value of this works is circa £4.6m in 2023-24 and £4.3m in 2024-25.</p> Keywords: NEC Contracts, Consultancy
