Tender description
The Innovation Collaboration Framework (ICF) will provide a new route to market through the appointment of up to three innovation-focused partners. This proposed framework relies on R&D investment from market innovators as well as co-creation to develop solutions that can be scaled and co-commercialised as appropriate, within London, nationally and/or internationally. Lot 1: This Prior Information Notice is to inform suppliers of TfL’s intention to commence the procurement process for the Innovation Collaboration Framework and to also invite interested suppliers to attend a supplier event TfL’s current intention is to use the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) procedure to appoint up to three Innovation Partners (suppliers) to the framework.
