Tender description

These works consist of gas fire removal and replacement with electrical fire. This will include: The removal of gas fires, including hearth and fixed wall surround. To brick up the opening, including plastering and to concrete screed repairs as necessary. Renewal of skirting board to chimney breast as required. The supply and installation of specified electric fire to include fused spur, ensuring existing ring continuity and adequacy for new load. Supply and install new electric fire suite. Disposal of all waste from site. Supply of appropriate gas works records sheets and Electrical Works Certificate. These details are available via ProContract tendering system.
