Design Consultancy Services Framework

Tender description

West Northamptonshire Council wishes to appoint Framework Providers in 12 Lots to provide Design and Technical Consultancy Services for a range of construction projects. This framework is open for use by all current Council partners, including: • North Northamptonshire Council, Northampton Partnership Homes and other organisations delegating services and or functions to the Council; • by way of access agreement, this framework is also open to new Council customers seeking to utilise the Council's frameworks on an independent third party basis including: a. any city, district, borough or other local authority within the county of West Northamptonshire; b. any companies or organisations set up by participants in the Council; c. any school, academy, university or other educational establishment within the county of West Northamptonshire; and d. any Public Body outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972. Details of which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1972/853/made. • Access to this framework by such bodies shall be solely controlled and managed by the Council, and the successful Potential Supplier(s) shall not accept any instructions under this framework other than from the Council. Lot 1: Architectural £0 - £1,999,999 LOT 1 is for the provision of Architectural and Planning Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 2: Architectural £2m plus LOT 2 is for the provision of Architectural and Planning Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 3: Building Surveying £0 - £1,999,999 LOT_3 is for the provision of Building Surveyor Services. The Framework will cover appointments, including but not limited to extensions, refurbishments, and surveys in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 4: Clerk of Works £0 plus LOT_4 is for the provision of Clerk of Works Services. The Framework will cover appointments, including but not limited to extensions, refurbishments, and surveys in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 5: Mechanical & Electrical £0 - £1,999,999 LOT_5 is for the provision of Mechanical & Electrical Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 6: Mechanical & Electrical £2m plus LOT_6 is for the provision of Mechanical & Electrical Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 8: Project Management £2m plus LOT_8 is for the provision of Project Management Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 9: Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy £0 - £1,999,999 LOT_9 is for the provision of Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy Services. The Framework will cover projects, including but not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, in the areas of education, care, housing, multi-complex builds, commercial, leisure, Public Health, public buildings etc. Lot 12: Structural & Civil Engineering £2m plus LOT 12 is for the provision of Structural & Civil Services.
