Covid 19 Vaccinations Programme - Workforce Intelligence and Modelling Consultative Support

Tender description

To maintain oversight of local and national recruitment trajectories the programme requires specialist consultative support to ensure the delivery of a workforce analytics solution and provide modelling and specialist training capability. Lot 1: The vaccination programme is the largest logical and workforce operation the NHS has ever delivered. At the peak it is anticipated that ~80,000FTE vaccinators will be required. To maintain oversight of local and national recruitment trajectories the programme will require specialist consultative support to ensure the delivery of a workforce analytics solution and provide modelling and specialist training capability.<br/><br/>The services required are specialist workforce modelling and analytics capability. Key objectives are provided below: <br/><br/>-- Delivery of a robust workforce planning solution (bottom up) <br/><br/>-- Specification and design of a rostering interface to the Foundry solution. <br/><br/>-- Training in workforce planning tool and requirements for assurance. <br/><br/>-- Modelling analysis of vaccine supply to workforce requirements.
