A012 – Provision of ElCR, Emergency Lighting and PAT Services

Tender description

NIW Alpha seeks to appoint a service provider to provide ElCR, Emergency Lighting and PAT Services. The service provider will be required to provide the following services; electrical inspection, testing and remedial services as per BS 7671; emergency lighting and site lighting testing; portable appliance testing (PAT Services); lightning protection testing; provision of all statutory documentation associated with the services; management information reports and competent professional services in relation to duties and tasks required to ensure legislative compliance for NIW Alpha’s sites. Lot 1: NIW Alpha seeks to appoint a service provider to provide ElCR, Emergency Lighting and PAT Services. The service provider will be required to provide the following services; electrical inspection, testing and remedial services as per BS 7671; emergency lighting and site lighting testing; portable appliance testing (PAT Services); lightning protection testing; provision of all statutory documentation associated with the services; management information reports and competent professional services in relation to duties and tasks required to ensure legislative compliance for NIW Alpha’s sites. Additional information: Initial contract period of 4 years with the option to extend for 1+1+1 years.
