Tender description

Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) intends to procure IT Applications Maintenance, Support and Development Services for its enterprise applications. GNI has a broad estate of applications, which are critical to the day-to-day operation of our business. GNI require a service provider to support, maintain and deliver change to our application estate and such services will be aligned IT industry best practice with a strong quality assurance focus. GNI is looking for a service provider that can cover all aspects of maintenance, support and change delivery across all of the following application areas: • Asset Management, Work Management & Field Force Management Applications and specifically IBM Maximo • Geographical Information System (GIS) Applications and specifically GE Smallworld and Esri ArcGIS • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications and specifically Microsoft Dynamics • Financial Management Applications and specifically Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Hyperion • Human Resource (HR) Management Applications and specifically Oracle HCM • Service Management Applications and specifically ServiceNow • Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Applications and specifically Microsoft SharePoint Online • Middleware Integration Applications and specifically Oracle SOA and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics & Reporting and specifically SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics and Microsoft Power BI Please note that the composition of GNI’s application estate will likely be subject to change during the lifetime of the service and the service will evolve to meet these changing business needs in accordance with the specific agreed terms of the service. GNI will build a strong working relationship with the successful service provider, who will work in collaboration with our in-house IT teams.
