YPO are looking to procure a national framework for a Managed Service Provider to deliver consultancy and professional services. YPO are a public sector buying organisation that creates frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations can utilise our frameworks to meet their requirements. Lot 1: Over the last 4 years YPO have had a framework in place for managing all consultancy and professional services. To ensure that the new solution we put in place supports both YPO customers and the provider, we are now undertaking early supplier engagement with providers to understand the key elements of the market and the need for a nationwide framework agreement for managing consultancy. The Key areas we are interested in exploring are; • Managed Service for consultancy – we are interested in understanding how organisations manage all of a public sector organisations consultancy requirements, this is likely to be through a well-developed consultancy supply chain., • Different delivery models of delivering consultancy services We would like to understand how organisations could support the above services into different public sector market segments such as local authorities, emergency services, housing associations, NHS trusts, central government organisations and wider public sector organisations YPO are therefore looking for providers who would be interested in completing a short RFI questionnaire and/or having a conversation with us.
