Tender description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation, Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-siting of Stairlifts, Step Lifts, Vertical Through Floor Lifts and Ceiling Track Hoists. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements. Lot 1: Stairlifts (Straight) - Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment. Stairlifts (Straight) - Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment. Lot 2: Stairlifts (Straight) – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Stairlifts (Straight) – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Lot 3: Stairlifts (Curved) – Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment Stairlifts (Curved) – Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment Lot 4: Stairlifts (Curved) – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Stairlifts (Curved) – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Lot 5: Steplifts – Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment. Ceiling Track Hoists – Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer’s warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment. Lot 10: Ceiling Track Hoists – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Ceiling Track Hoists – Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment Lot 11: One Stop Shop – For Providers who’re awarded onto all the Lots, 1 to 10 will automatically be awarded onto Lot 11.
