Salisbury Square Development (SSD) Compliance Monitoring Team

Tender description

A contract has been awarded for the provision of a compliance monitoring team (CMT) for the City of London Salisbury Square Development (SSD) project. Lot 1: The CMT will review Contractor’s design documents for compliance against the agreed Employer’s Requirements (ERs) upon which the contract between the Contractor and the Employer is based. The CMT shall be provided to the employer independently and/or without assistance from other design team members who maybe novated to the contractor. The CMT will attend site on a regular basis to inspect the works for general compliance with the Employer’s Requirements and the quality of the installation. The Employer and other specialist consultants engaged by the Employer separately (e.g. Security and waterproofing concrete specialists) will also review and comment on compliance of the contractors design information and works undertaken and shall be treated as part of the project CMT. The CMT to be procured under this ITT will include the following members: • Architect • Civil & Structural Engineer • Building Services Engineer
