Tender description
The repair and maintenance (including ALL parts and labour) of the Department’s data processing equipment and peripherals. The Department's PC, data network and voice infrastructure is covered by separate maintenance contracts. Lot 1: Maintenance and Repair of OpenVMS hardware, SAN and related peripherals. Maintenance and Repair of OpenVMS hardware, SAN Storage/ Storage controllers and SAN FC switches. Maintenance and repair of related peripherals (tape drives/printers), Provision of an on-site-engineer during normal business hours to Service/Maintain all equipment in Lot 1. Lot 2: Maintenance and repair of other Servers. Maintenance and repair of other Servers. Provision of an on-site-engineer normal business hours to Service/Maintain all equipment in Lot 2.
