<p>Castle Point Borough Council wishes to enter into a long-term comprehensive maintenance contract agreement and seeks competitive tenders from lift contractors with a view to awarding a contract on the following basis: The contract will be for a 3 year Comprehensive Cover with a possible further 2-year contract extension by the client but this shall only be taken forward following a confirmed successful 3 year program from the date of the contract award. It is the Employers Intention to commence the agreement in full, from the 3rd October 2022 Contract that will include all lift maintenance, 24/7 call out cover 365 days each year, this option will also cover the labour resource and supply of replacement failed or worn ancillary components found.</p> Keywords: Lifts, Programme, Repairs, Call Out
