Tender description

The contract covers the Routine Maintenance Works, Urgent Repairs, Emergency Call Outs and H&S Periodic Tests and Examinations of the lift installations and various lifts installed on sites owned or occupied by Maryhill Housing. It also covers Routine Maintenance Works, Urgent Repairs, Emergency Call Outs to Controlled Entry systems and annual servicing of a number of Controlled Entry systems.
