VEAT notice for eRecruitment computer software and services 3 year contract with 4 x 1 year extensions

Tender description

The objective of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is to inform the market of Dublin City Council’s intention to enter into a contract with Jobtrain Limited in accordance with Article 32.2(b) (i.e. the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for any of the follwoing reasons: (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons; (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including property rights). This is also a Contract Award Notice for the services. Dublin City Council have an existing contract (due to expire) with Jobtrain Limited to supply an eRecruitment Computer Software system and services. The system will provide support for competitions, facilitating online application submissions and general HR administration requirements. It was the intention that Dublin City Council would move onto the CORE system, however this has not yet gone live. It is therefore necessary to extend this contract. The contract between Dublin City Council and Jobtrain Limited, whose registered office is at 4 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ, United Kingdom shall be for 3 years with the option of 4 x 1 year extensions. The total cost shall be €137,956 (as per today's conversion rate). The option of extensions is necessary in case Dublin City Council's CORE system has not been rolled out by the end of the four year cycle.
