Tender description

The Councils Community and Enterprise Resources Roads and Transportation Services have a continued requirement to procure for Cold Permanent Pothole Repair to be delivered to the Roads Depots within South Lanarkshire. The Council’s Procurement Service has identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: Scotland Excel Bitumen Products Framework, 03_20, Lot 4 Cementitious Products. OJEU Reference Number: 2021/S 000-003201 Framework Period: 01 March 2021 to 29 February 2024 with an option to extend for a further 12-month period. South Lanarkshire Council awarded a call-off contract by Direct Award under the Scotland Excel Framework noted in section II.1.4 per the pre-defined selection procedure under the framework to Tarmac Building Products Limited as they were the highest ranked supplier within the Framework Agreement based on Most Economically Advantageous Tender and meeting the Council's requirements. The call-off contract period is from 13 June 2022 - 29 February 2024 with an optional extension for a further 1-year period.
