M&E Scope of Works The scope of work covers the complete installation / modification to the mechanical & electrical building services in order to meet the requirements of the new layout consisting of compartmentalised meeting spaces to the lower ground floor of City Hall, Dame Street, Dublin 2 and as detailed below. Mechanical Scope of Works The main mechanical works relate to the alterations and additions to the ventilation services as detailed on the Mechanical tender drawings and as follows: - Survey/inspection of existing ventilation services (strip out of existing services as necessary) - Services coordination - Supply, install Commission and Certification of the mechanical services as follows: - New AHU (Air Handling Unit) & external compressors and associated works incl. ducting, pipework, refrigerant etc. o Inline extract fans and associated works incl. ducting, grilles, louvres, fire valves etc - Alterations to existing MCC (Motor Control Panel) as required. Electrical Scope of Works The main electrical works relates to the alterations and additions to the electrical services as detailed on the Electrical tender drawings and as follows: •- Survey/Inspection of existing electrical services (strip out of existing services as necessary) - Services coordination - Supply, Install, Commission and Certification of Electrical Services as follows: - Alterations to Existing Distribution Boards and Mech Motor Control Centres - Alterations to Existing Lighting Control Panels - New Additional General Services and Small Power Installation - New Additions to Existing Internal Lighting Installation - New Lighting Control System Installation - New Access Control System Installation in the Lower ground Floor - New Addition to Existing Emergency Lighting Installation - New Extension to Existing Fire Alarm Installation - Alterations and Additions to Existing BMS C
