PRE MARKET CONSULTATION Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wish to explore options for alternative fuelled vehicles that could be considered suitable replacements of existing diesel engine vehicles. Initially, the Council is considering replacing a 3.5T Crew Cab, fixed body vehicle and a 32T Hookloader. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gain an understanding of the latest developments in alternative fuel technologies in Northern Ireland and how this can inform the Council’s specification.
