Delivery of wave 1 social housing retro-fit progamme - PAS2035 process and retrofit of energy efficiency and zero-carbon heating measures The appointment of three suitably qualified installers (as a minimum with PAS2030:2019 Trustmark accreditation and qualifying material systems) and professional services providers (as a minimum with PAS2035 Assessor and Design accreditation) to deliver retrofit of insulation measures in 109 social homes where FHDC are the landlord in and around the towns in the district.
